The z/OS Associate Certificate provides an introduction to System z^TM. It covers System z^TM hardware, z/OS, and major subsystems like DB2, IMS, CICS, Websphere Application Server, and WebSphere MQ. Click on a module for more information on its content.

For those students that have significant System z^TM experience, a qualifying exam is available which may allow direct entry to the Professional  Certificate.

The Associate Certificate may be taken as a non credit Certificate or as a credit bearing Certificate (three credits per class, nine credits in total). This choice must be made when applying
