Data Center Program Overview

The Data Center training programs are delivered using an on-line, asynchronous, web based course management system (iLearn) which enables Marist College and the IDCP to deliver the courses worldwide.

There are six Associate Certificate programs comprised of 2,3 or 4 required courses. There is one prerequisite course included in each of these associate programs (Information Technology and Systems Concepts) and it need only be taken once. The prerequisite course does not have to be taken before the other courses- it must be completed, however, before the Associate Certificate can be granted.

IDCP Associate Certificate Course Requirements

Students who successfully complete all six Associate Certificate programs will be awarded a seventh certificate as a Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP).  The CDCP was designed to broaden the technical skills of the data center professional to include essential content including both information technology and mission critical infrastructure.

Credits earned for courses taken towards the CDCP can be applied towards a Marist College Bachelor's Degree. Contact us for additional information or visit: http://www.marist.edu/gpp/degreecomplete/about.html
